These Terms of Service apply to your use of the websites and text messaging program operated by West Crow Contracting Ltd. ("West Crow," "we," "us"). By using our websites or opting in to our text messages, you agree to these terms.
SMS messaging program
- Program: West Crow Contracting Ltd. sends customer care text messages related to your inquiry, including follow-ups on bids and quotes we have submitted, questions about the status of a project you invited us to bid on, requests for feedback on our pricing, and scheduling coordination for awarded work. We do not send promotional text messages.
- How you opt in: by entering your mobile number in the chat widget on our website and checking the consent box.
- Message frequency: varies, typically 1 to 6 messages per month.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.
- Opt out: reply STOP at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and will no longer receive text messages from us unless you subscribe again.
- Rejoin: to start receiving messages again after opting out, reply START, or opt in again through the chat widget on our website.
- Help: reply HELP for assistance, or call us at (604) 399-4644 or email admin@westcrow.ca.
- Consent: consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
- Carriers: wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Compliance: this messaging program follows applicable laws and carrier messaging requirements, including Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), and CTIA guidelines.
- Privacy: see our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Bids, quotes, and services
Information on our websites is general and does not replace a site assessment. Prices are not binding until we provide a written quote. All work is performed by West Crow Contracting Ltd. under the terms of the written quote or contract for that project.
Use of our websites
You agree not to misuse our websites, submit false information, or interfere with their operation. Content on our websites belongs to West Crow Contracting Ltd. and may not be copied without permission.
Limitation of liability
Our websites are provided "as is." To the extent allowed by law, West Crow Contracting Ltd. is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of our websites or text messages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
